How can I wash my Vesica Piscis?

You can wash your Vesica Piscis in the washing machine or by hand. It is very important to remove the recycled PU insoles, since it cannot be washed.It is recommended to choose a cold and gentle cycle (max.24ºC/75,2ºF) with the washing machine, without using fabric softener.

Wash your sandals, ballerinas and accessories by hand with a damp cloth and natural soap, it cannot be machine washed. Always let dry at room temperature in a dry place without direct light.

I have doubts about my size, what should I do?

You can find all the information about sizes in our size guide for sneakers, ankle boots and accessories. Within the product sheet, to the right of the photographs, you will see the guide with the sizes and the available sizes that you can buy.

Orders

I have placed an order; how can I know the status of my shipment?

When your Vesica Piscis leaves our warehouse workshop, we send you an email confirming the shipment with the details of the company that makes the delivery and the tracking number of your order so that you can see where your package is at all times. We also provide you with a click where you can see the follow-up.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Delivery times are from 2 to 5 business days, through SEUR to Spain and Portugal and GLS (ASM) and UPS to the rest of EUROPE.

What is the cost of a shipment?

The cost of a shipment is FREE on orders of €55 or more in the Iberian Peninsula (SPAIN AND PORTUGAL), €70 or more in (BALEARIC ISLANDS; GERMANY; AUSTRIA; BELGIUM, NETHERLANDS and ITALY) and €95 or more for the rest of European countries we ship.

Yes, you have a free size change with each order. The shipping costs derived from any additional change due to a change in sizes will be borne by the customer.
