EXCHANGES AND RETURNED GOODS
- There are three cases in which items may be exchanged or returned.
Although the sizes that we use are those of most kinds of casual footwear, to ensure that you order the right size we recommend that you consult the list of sizes where you can check the size you need.
Any delivery charges incurred from an exchange due to a change of sizes shall be covered by the customer.
2. Because the item received does not correspond with the one that you ordered.
If the article you receive does not coincide with the one you ordered from our on-line shop, Vesica Piscis will exchange it for one exactly the same as you ordered as soon as possible.
In order to check that the article is not the one ordered, a photograph is to be sent so that we may verify this before the goods are returned.
Any delivery charges incurred from the exchange will be covered by Vesica Piscis.
- In order to exchange items as mentioned in points 1 and 2, you must ensure that the following conditions are met:
Products may only be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be unused and must be returned in the same conditions as it was sent, in its original packaging.
3. Should any incidents arise upon using the product.
Should you wish to return a product due to an incident that may arise whilst using it, you have 60 days from receipt to let us know your reason for wanting to return it.
We will require a photograph of the article in order to verify the fault.
Should the incident be due to a manufacturing error, Vesica Piscis shall take responsibility for repairing the affected article, or will send a replacement the same as the original.
All delivery charges incurred from the incident will be covered by Vesica Piscis.
RETURNS FOR SOME OTHER REASON OTHER THAN THE 3 PREVIOUS POINTS:
Please note that we are an emerging brand of small capacity. For sustainable reasons, we do not stock shoes, every purchase is made to order to avoid unnecessary production.
For this reason, any return that is not one of the three preceding reasons, generates important losses to us.
However, for consumer rights, in the first 14 days at the reception we will be able to accept the refund. The cost of the return must be on behalf of the consumer.
