Every year, the same season arrives: discount campaigns. And every year, we get the same question:

Why doesn't Vesica Piscis offer sales?

The answer lies in the way we produce. Because the way we produce ultimately shapes the way we sell and, to some extent, the way we consume.

We make only what is needed

At Vesica Piscis, we don't produce shoes to sit on a shelf waiting to be sold.

Every pair begins in our workshop when someone asks for it.

Vegan, recycled, organic and recyclable materials.

Circular economy.

Made to order.

No warehouses to empty.

No surplus stock to clear.

We make it when it's needed.

100% ON demand.

Fair pricing, all year round

Making a pair of Vesica Piscis shoes requires exactly the same work in December as it does in July.

The same hours.

The same materials.

The same care.

That's why the price stays the same throughout the year.

The work doesn't change.

Neither does the price.

A different way of thinking about consumption

Seasonal sales have been part of the way we shop for decades.

For many people, they are an opportunity to save money, plan purchases or afford something they genuinely need. And that's completely understandable.

But today, many purchasing decisions are increasingly shaped by urgency: limited-time discounts, limited availability and the feeling that you have to decide now.

Sometimes, when all our attention is focused on the opportunity to buy, we stop seeing everything behind a product.

And an important question can easily fade into the background:

Do I really need it?

Because the story of a product begins long before the moment we buy it.

Before that, there are carefully selected materials, energy invested and countless decisions that leave a footprint.

That's why it's worth asking:

  • What does buying this product really involve?
  • What life will it have after it reaches me?
  • What footprint will it leave once I'm no longer using it?

Knowing that story simply broadens the perspective from which we make our decisions.

What changes when there are no sales

Not producing for discount campaigns has consequences that go far beyond price.

By producing only to order, there's no need to manufacture extra products "just in case." And when nothing is overproduced, there's no surplus waiting to be cleared.

Materials and energy are used only for what is actually made, not for sales forecasts.

And there's another consequence—one that's easier to overlook.

When prices don't change with the season, there's no date pushing people to decide sooner than they otherwise would.

The decision returns to where it belongs: with each person, at the moment they choose.

And perhaps that's the biggest difference.

When production changes, sales stop being a necessity.

You need it. We make it.
